Expresso Telecom Receives eServGlobal Simulation Service via the Cloud

By

Affiliates of the African telecommunications group, Expresso Telecom, will be the first to receive eServGlobal’s new subscriber simulation service.

Company officials said eServGlobal’s SaaS subscriber stimulation service allows operators to deliver stimulation, retention and behavior modification campaigns to the subscriber base through reward incentives that do not require membership or registration processes.

“By leveraging our best-in-breed analytics and campaign management with state of the art cloud technology we have achieved a platform which can be quickly and securely integrated into an operator network and deliver results, generally within 6 weeks from the signing of a contract,” Chris Woodhams, vice president of Innovation, eServGlobal said in a statement.

Stimulation campaigns are intended to help reduce subscriber churn and stimulate customer usage. Using weekly reports, campaign results are measured and the service can modified as needed through an interface to optimize the impact on the operator’s revenues.

Company officials said the subscriber stimulation service has demonstrated a “significant increase” in both ARPU and network stickiness during and after the campaign.

Expresso Telecom, which is a African telecommunications group, is focused on meeting the needs of its customers and providing innovative services to fuel further customer growth, according to Saiful Alam, chief commercial officer, Expresso Telecom.

“We are continuously pushing boundaries to find new ways to deliver the best possible experience to satisfy and retain our customer base. We were very impressed with the solution offered to us by eServGlobal and with the potential of ARPU increase that it demonstrated at other operators,” Alam added.

eServGlobal currently operates 20 Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations for mobile network operators around the globe and has been demonstrating their solutions at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week.
